Mr. Turner has completed multiple Right-of-Way acquisition appraisals for proposed and existing roadways and public easements. Mr. Turner has the abilities and knowledge to work closely with project engineers and attorneys throughout any public improvement design and acquisition process and is available to aid in feasibility analysis driven design to minimizing property damages, right of entry agreements for survey and planning purposes, appraisal, appraisal review, acquisition, and settlement negotiation processes.

She earned her A.A. in English at Holmes Community College in Goodman, MS and graduated Summa Cum Laude at Saint Louis University with her B.S. in Project Management. She plans to obtain her PMP certification and continue to grow into her role with iROW.
