Mr. James Turner, MAI has held a Mississippi Real Estate Broker’s License and has been a long standing member of the National Association of Realtors, the Appraisal Institute, and a current member of IRWA Chapter 40. He is currently licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in over 20 states. Mr. Turner has completed multiple Right-of-Way acquisition appraisals for proposed and existing roadways and public easements. Mr. Turner has the abilities and knowledge to work closely with project engineers and attorneys throughout any public improvement design and acquisition process and is available to aid in feasibility analysis driven design to minimizing property damages, right of entry agreements for survey and planning purposes, appraisal, appraisal review, acquisition, and settlement negotiation processes.
Actively engaged in real estate consultation and acquisition support since July 2018. Experience includes assistance in the valuation process, right of way acquisitions, relocation, and due diligence support. Experience is concentrated in metropolitan and suburban properties, including vacant land, right of way, easements, special project properties, and litigation support.
Lead ROW acquisition agent performing; land roll analysis, negotiation and acquisition of easements right of way, partial release and waiver valuation, deed preparation, damage settlement and post construction landowner follow-up.
